Among Tudor’s 2025 novelties, the Black Bay Pro reference M79470-0004 stands out with a distinctive new dial execution.

This new variation retains all the hallmark features of the Black Bay Pro – including the 39 mm case, fixed steel bezel, and in-house calibre with integrated GMT function – but introduces a striking white opaline dial, beautifully contrasted by a yellow 24-hour “Snowflake” hand.

The slightly domed dial features applied ceramic hour markers outlined in black and filled with Grade A Super-LumiNova, offering excellent legibility. 

The iconic “Snowflake” hands, also outlined in black and filled with luminous material, complete the recognisable Black Bay look.

Reference time is indicated by the yellow “Snowflake” hand, which completes one full rotation every 24 hours. 

Local time is shown by a shorter “Snowflake” hand that can be adjusted independently in one-hour increments, both forwards and backwards.

The date window at 3 o’clock is linked to the local time hand, allowing it to jump automatically in either direction when adjusting across midnight, a particularly useful feature when travelling.

The satin-brushed and polished 316L stainless steel case measures 39 mm in diameter and 14.6 mm in thickness. It features a 24-hour graduated fixed bezel and guarantees water resistance up to 200 metres / 660 feet, aided by the large screw-down crown engraved with the Tudor rose in relief.

Powering the watch is Tudor’s manufacture Calibre MT5652, a COSC-certified movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. It features a non-magnetic silicon balance spring for enhanced reliability.

The watch is available with a riveted 316L steel bracelet featuring Tudor’s “T-fit” rapid adjustment clasp, or with a black Jacquard fabric strap or a hybrid rubber and leather strap.
