Blancpain expands Fifty Fathoms line with new 38 mm models in black (ref. 5007 3644A) and pink (ref. 5007-12B44R). Prices from €18,550

Blancpain presents two new additions to its Fifty Fathoms Automatique line, marking the debut of a 38 mm case size in the collection. One model comes in black, ideal for both women and men who prefer a more compact watch, while the other is distinctly feminine with its pink hues.

Far from being a simple size reduction, the 38 mm case is a complete redesign, offering rebalanced proportions and refined aesthetics. With a thickness of 12.00 mm and a lug width of 19.00 mm, the case is water-resistant to 300 metres / 1,000 feet.

This new size expands the Fifty Fathoms family, catering to a wider range of wrist sizes and setting the stage for future releases in this format.

The first model features a smoky black dégradé dial housed in an 18K red gold case, while the second showcases a petal pink dégradé dial in a brushed Grade 23 titanium case. Both dials are crafted from mother-of-pearl, with subtly graduated colouration and matching unidirectional domed sapphire bezels.

A transparent sapphire crystal caseback reveals the automatic Calibre 1153. Beating at 3 Hz (21,600 vibrations per hour), this in-house movement features a silicon balance spring for improved accuracy and magnetic resistance, along with a 100-hour power reserve.

Finishing is in line with Haute Horlogerie standards, including an 18K red gold oscillating weight treated with a modern Nickel Anthracite Coating (NAC).

The Blancpain Fifty Fathoms 38 mm with black mother-of-pearl dial (ref. 5007 3644A) is offered with a black Tropic rubber strap, black sailcloth strap, or black NATO fabric strap, with prices ranging from €31,200 to €34,700, depending on the buckle.

The Fifty Fathoms 38 mm with pink mother-of-pearl dial (ref. 5007-12B44R) comes with either a white fabric strap with two-tone pink stripes or a Grade 23 titanium bracelet, priced at €18,550 or €21,800, respectively. blancpain.com
