Following the introduction of the System 78 collection in 2019 with the launch of the Gravity Equal Force model in steel and then in rose gold, Armin Strom is further expanding its range with an exquisitely feminine timepiece, the Lady Beat.
In line with a clear trend that sees women more and more interested in fine watchmaking and appreciative of the beauty of visible mechanics, the Swiss brand brings to the market a wristwatch that maintains a gentle and sophisticated look while showcasing glimpses of the mechanical movement.
The Lady Beat by Armin Strom comes in a sleek 38 mm x 11.65 mm stainless case with short lugs and a gracefully shaped crown.
The slim bezel frames a fascinating dial characterised by an off-center hours and minutes subdial and, on the right side, the unique triplet of bridges echoing the pocket watch inspiration behind Caliber ALA20.
This manufacture self-winding movement beats at the frequency of 3.5 Hz (25,200 vibrations per hour) offering a power reserve of almost 3 days (70 hours). The efficient central rotor and other meticulously hand-finished elements are displayed through the sapphire crystal caseback.
The Lady Beat is presented in white or black with matching straps made of rubber and Alcantara in satin but customization in colours and other elements will also be possible through the Armin Strom online Configurator.
The Armin Strom DNA code is recognizable in the reduction to the essential, the optimal legibility, and the versatility of tis timepiece, perfect for a gala evening just like with a casual outfit. The watch is water resistant to a pressure of 3 ATM (approximately 30 metres / 100 feet).
