We explore the new Blancpain Villeret Golden Hour 2025 collection with stunning dials & refined mechanics. See all 16 references. Prices from CHF9,900
Blancpain is enriching its Villeret collection with a new series of models that reaffirm the line’s signature blend of purity and mechanical craftsmanship. The 2025 Villeret Golden Hour collection introduces three emblematic models presented in sixteen references, crafted in 18-carat red gold or stainless steel, and offered in two case sizes, 40 mm and 33.20 mm.
The range includes an automatic three-hand model with date, a complete calendar with moon phase, and a smaller moon phase calendar. Each combines subtle aesthetic updates with refined mechanical execution, continuing the spirit of the Villeret line that has long embodied Blancpain’s most classical expression.
The new models stand out for their dials, offered in two shades: a finely grained opaline version and a golden brown variation that evokes the tones of autumn. Roman numeral hour markers in 18-carat gold feature satin-brushed surfaces with polished bevels, paired with slender hands enhanced with luminescent inserts for improved legibility.
The moon phase display, one of Blancpain’s enduring signatures, is given particular attention. Set within a wider aperture, it features a ceramic disc with a domed, satin-finished 18-carat gold moon showing a distinctive face, a detail rooted in centuries of symbolism.
Villeret Quantième Complet Phases de Lune
The complete calendar with moon phase, measuring 40 mm in diameter, introduces subtle design refinements that enhance its balance and comfort. The case presents slimmer bezels, a more prominent crown, and reworked lugs for a lighter, more elegant profile.
Inside beats the self-winding Calibre 6654.4, offering a 72-hour power reserve and equipped with a silicon hairspring.
The movement incorporates Blancpain’s patented under-lug correctors, allowing the wearer to adjust the calendar functions with a simple press of the finger, without risk to the mechanism.
The sapphire caseback reveals the new openworked oscillating weight in red or yellow gold with polished bevels and satin finishing. Prices start at CHF 15,400 in stainless steel and CHF 27,200 in red gold.
Villeret Ultraplate
The 40 mm Villeret Ultraplate embodies the essence of Blancpain’s minimalist design. Its pure dial layout, displaying hours, minutes, seconds, and date, enhances the understated beauty of the opaline or golden brown dial.
The case, just 8.7 mm thick, houses the automatic Calibre 1151, providing a power reserve of four days through two series-coupled barrels.
Visible through the transparent sapphire back, the movement features meticulous finishing with Côtes de Genève and bevelled bridges, complemented by the newly designed openworked oscillating weight. The model is priced at CHF 9,900 in stainless steel and CHF 20,500 in red gold.
Villeret Quantième Phases de Lune (33.20 mm)
For smaller wrists, Blancpain offers the Villeret Quantième Phases de Lune in a 33.20 mm case, available in stainless steel or red gold.
The automatic Calibre 913QL.P powers this model, providing hours, minutes, seconds, date, and moon phase indications with a 40-hour power reserve. The moon phase, displayed through a larger opening, features a ceramic disc and an applied gold moon with a domed, satin finish. Calendar indications can be safely adjusted at any time using the traditional correctors on the caseband.
The models are offered with either plain or diamond-set bezels, bringing the total to eight references. Prices range from CHF 11,600 for the steel version to CHF 24,400 for the red gold variant with diamonds.
All models are water-resistant to 30 metres / 100 feet and fitted with sapphire crystals on both sides.
The straps, featuring a quick-change system, come in four new shades (brown, blue-grey, honey, and beige nubuck velvet), each finished with a supple “saddle-cut” treatment that develops a natural patina over time.
Faithful to the aesthetic and mechanical values that have defined the brand for decades, the Villeret Golden Hour collection stands as a symbol of Swiss watchmaking mastery, combining timeless elegance with technical excellence. blancpain.com
