Omega has just announced seven new models, across four distinctive dials, that adds to the Speedmaster Dark and Grey Side of the Moon collection.
Available on newly designed rubber or nylon straps, each timepiece features a redesigned ceramic case and an advanced Co-Axial Master Chronometer calibre.
Twelve years after the original Dark Side of the Moon captivated collectors worldwide, this 2025 evolution represents the most significant advancement in the collection’s history.
All models are housed in 44.25 mm cases with refined proportions and slimmer profiles. A new bevelled, polished ceramic process achieves exceptional precision, creating surfaces of remarkable brilliance, while enhanced Liquidmetal technology is used on the bezels and crowns.
The innovative two-layer ceramic dial construction offers greater visual depth, with laser-brushed finishes that capture and transform light.
The Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon "Dark-White", ref. 310.92.44.51.01, is a reworked version of the original Dark Side of the Moon, with a polished-brushed black ceramic case and a polished bezel featuring a tachymeter scale in Liquidmetal.
The polished ceramic dial offers a strong contrast to the hour and minute hands, bevelled indexes and subdial hands, all crafted from 18K white gold and filled with light green Super-LumiNova with green emission).
The central chronograph hand is PVD white gold plated with a red tip for easy readability.
It is driven by Omega's self-winding Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 9900 and available with either a black nylon fabric strap that includes black rubber lining or a black rubber strap with a lunar surface pattern on the underside.

The Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon "Dark-Dark", ref. 310.92.44.51.01, is an all-black model featuring the Black Edition Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 9900 with darkened movement components.
The polished-brushed black ceramic case is equipped with a brushed ceramic bezel enhanced by a laser-engraved tachymeter scale that is filled with black Grand Feu enamel.
Beneath the front sapphire crystal, the ceramic dial has been sand-blasted by laser while all of the hands and bevelled indexes are blackened and filled with black Super-LumiNova (green emission).
This model is also available with either a rubber or nylon fabric strap.

The Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon "Dark-Red", ref. 310.92.44.51.01, stands out with its red varnished central chronograph hand. It features a polished-brushed black ceramic case with a polished bezel featuring a tachymeter scale in Liquidmetal.
The ceramic dial has been sand-blasted while the hour and minute hands, along with the bevelled indexes, are blackened and filled with black Super-LumiNova with green emission).
It is powered by the hand-wound Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 9908, presented here in a special “Black Edition” finish that includes a matte-blackened main plate, bridges, and rotor, along with black varnished engravings.
This version is fitted with a black rubber strap featuring a lunar surface pattern on the underside.

And, finally, we have the Speedmaster Grey Side of the Moon, ref. 310.92.44.50.06, a model pays tribute to the Apollo 8 mission, when the crew became the first humans to witness the far side of the Moon, echoing astronaut Jim Lovell’s famous remark during Apollo 8 that “the Moon is essentially grey.”
The timepiece reveals a laser-ablated lunar surface across the movement. The near side of the Moon appears through the skeletonised grey dial, while the far side emerges through the caseback, creating an immersive lunar landscape. It is powered by the Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 3869, also used in the Apollo 8 edition introduced in 2024.
The polished-brushed grey ceramic case with plasma treatment features a brushed grey ceramic bezel with a laser-engraved tachymeter scale filled with white Super-LumiNova.
The watch can be paired with a grey nylon fabric strap with black rubber lining or a grey rubber strap featuring a moon-surface pattern on the underside.
