Nomos Glashütte expands its Club Sport neomatik Worldtimer line with 3 new limited editions forming the Night Navigation series. Prices from €3,760
Nomos Glashütte expands its Club Sport neomatik Worldtimer line with three limited editions forming the Night Navigation series. Each model takes cues from the glow and rhythm of cities after dark, those luminous, ever-changing landscapes seen from a cockpit or high above the skyline.
Building on the solid foundation of the Club Sport neomatik Worldtimer, which we reviewed here, the new series continues the model’s mission to serve travellers who cross time zones with ease.
At its heart lies the in-house calibre DUW 5201, allowing instant reading of 24 time zones, with a 24-hour home time subdial and a practical day/night indicator, all adjusted via the pusher at 2 o’clock.
In the new Night Navigation editions, this practical architecture is paired with a distinctly nocturnal character.
The dark, galvanised dials feature a sunburst finish that shimmers under the domed sapphire crystal with double-sided blue anti-reflective coating. The effect recalls cockpit instruments and the soft glow of city lights.
The series comprises three versions: Trace (turquoise), Grid (orange), and Vector (light green), each limited to 175 pieces worldwide.
Club Sport neomatik Worldtimer Trace, ref. 790.S7
Inspired by the glass façades and illuminated skylines of major metropolises, the Trace edition brings a vibrant, contemporary edge to the Worldtimer.
The main dial of Club Sport neomatik Worldtimer Trace is galvanized black, with blue-green and turquoise accents. The city code above 12 o'clock represents the selected time zone, underlined in orange.
Club Sport neomatik Worldtimer Grid, ref. 790.S8
The Grid edition reflects the warm, geometric beauty of city streets illuminated at night.
Orange accents recall the amber glow of streetlights, while Super-LumiNova on the hands and hour markers ensures excellent legibility in all lighting conditions.
Club Sport neomatik Worldtimer Vector, ref. 790.S9
Designed for those constantly in motion, the Vector edition combines precision and practicality. Its olive green city ring displays 24 time zones, while the 24-hour subdial at 3 o’clock tracks home time.
The minute scale between the city ring and main dial helps visualise the time difference between zones, allowing the wearer to keep track of multiple locations at a glance.
All three Night Navigation models share the same robust architecture: a 40 mm stainless steel case with screw-down crown, sapphire crystal caseback, and water resistance to 10 ATM (100 metres / 330 feet), making them suitable for swimming and daily wear.
With a height of 9.9 mm and a lug-to-lug length of 48.0 mm, the watch sits comfortably on the wrist, offering both presence and refinement.
Rhodium-plated hands filled with orange Super-LumiNova enhance legibility against the dark dial, while the 24-hour hand and city ring ensure a clear and balanced layout.
Powering the Night Navigation series is the Nomos DUW 5201 automatic calibre with Nomos swing system, operating at 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz) and offering a 42-hour power reserve.
Visible through the sapphire caseback, the movement features traditional Glashütte elements such as the three-quarter plate, perlage, and sunburst finishing.
Each version is available either on the three-link Club Sport stainless steel bracelet or a textile strap. Both options feature a quick-change spring bar system for easy strap exchanges without tools. Lug width is 20 mm.
Prices for the Nomos Glashütte Club Sport neomatik Worldtimer Night Navigation models are set at €3,760 on strap and €3,940 on bracelet. nomos-glashuette.com
