Label Noir, a Geneva-based company specialized in watch customizations, presented its first collaboration with Anonimo.
Since its foundation in 2011, Label Noir has been proposing bespoken timepieces created hand-in-hand with watchmaking brands, numbered and issued in limited editions.
For this first joint project with Anonimo, Label Noir decided to create a special version of the Epurato, a model that comes with slender forms and a less marked sport character compared to the other lines of the brand. Its refined design makes the watch very versatile and suitable for most occasions.
To adorn the dial of this customized Epurato, the Label Noir team opted for a luminous grey enhanced by a sandblasted finish on which the azure blue hue of the central seconds hand stands out beautifully.
The baton-style hours and minutes are dressed in black and coated with black Super-LumiNova. Black are also the applique indexes and the 04, 08 and 12 Arabic numerals, arranged to form a triangle suggesting the “A” of Anonimo which we find above the brand logo at 12 o'clock as well as engraved on the crown.
The 42 mm-diameter cushion-shaped case, crafted in steel and covered with DLC (Diamond- Like Carbon or amorphous carbon), houses a robust and reliable Swiss automatic movement based on the Sellita SW 200-1 calibre and enhanced by a skeletonized weight, decorated in the Côtes de Genève style, visible through the sapphire crystal case back. Beating at 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour), it offers 38 hours of power reserve.
Water resistant to to 50 metres / 165 feet, the watch is completed by a black textile strap with hand crafted azure blue saddle-stitching, clasped by a matt black ardillon buckle.
