DOXA introduced the SUB concept in the 1960s, pioneering mainstream professional diving watches. Its dual bezel scales were inspired by US Navy tables for safe ascents. The unmistakable orange dial of the SUB adorned the wrists of numerous divers, including the illustrious scuba pioneer Jacques Cousteau.
Throughout the years, we've witnessed the evolution of the iconic diver's watch in various forms. Recent noteworthy mentions include the SUB 300 COSC collection, models crafted from forged carbon, and the vintage patina aesthetic of the SUB 300T Clive Cussler special edition.
With the SUB 300β Sharkhunter, unveiled last August, DOXA presented a design variation - one that doesn't replace the classic versions but complements them - to achieve a sleeker profile, also thanks to the adoption of a new ceramic bezel.
Following the success of that model, DOXA is now introducing a complete SUB 300β collection, consisting of 5 main versions that can be paired with various bracelet and strap options, resulting in a total of 15 distinctive references. The symbol β, representing 'beta,' signifies a departure from the ordinary.

Adhering to the 42.5 mm diameter, DOXA has tactfully adjusted the case design to streamline the profile to just 11.95 mm (in contrast to the SUB 300T’s 13.65 mm) and decreased the bezel height by 0.5 mm.
The outcome is a model with more lightweight and contemporary proportions. While the 316L stainless steel case upholds the watch's functional integrity, the black ceramic bezel and screw-down crown reinforce its sport-chic character.
Protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment, the dial is characterised by a sunburst finish and a new, subtle wave motif that plays with light to create a luminous backdrop for essential information conveyed by the hands, hour markers, and date.
The typical hands, orange or tone-on-tone, are filled with Super-LumiNova for enhanced readability in darker environments or underwater.
The watch is equipped with an FKM rubber strap in the dial’s color or in white (for the Caribbean and Searambler references). Additionally, the historically significant stainless-steel 'rice grain' bracelet is available upon request. Both options feature a deployant clasp with a wetsuit extension and the iconic "DOXA Fish" symbol. The lug width measures 20 mm.
Water-resistant to 30 ATM, or approximately 300 meters / 980 feet, the watch is engineered for secure exploration of the seabed and powered by a reliable Swiss automatic movement adorned with DOXA decorations. It operates at a frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour) and provides a power reserve of approximately 38 hours.
