The slimmest model of the new Overseas collection, introduced by Vacheron Constantin at the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie 2016, is the Overseas Ultra-thin Calibre 1120.

Sober but at the same time highly exclusive, the Vacheron Constantin Overseas Ultra-thin comes in a white gold 40 mm-diameter case with a thickness of just 7.5 mm.
Such feat was possible thanks to the new Calibre 1120, an ultra-thin self-winding movement developed and manufactured by Vacheron Constantin, which comprises 144 components while measuring no more than 2.45 mm thick.
Beating at 2.75 Hz (19,800 vibrations per hour) and endowed with an approximately 40-hour power reserve, the Overseas ultra-thin drives hours and minutes hands sweeping over a translucent grey-lacquered dial punctuated by gold luminescent faceted hands and hour-markers.
The back of the watch is protected by a sapphire crystal to reveal the 22K gold oscillating weight, beautifully adorned with a wind rose and featuring alternating polished, sandblasted and finely grained finishes.
Fitted with an interchangeable white gold bracelet, a work of art in its own right for the exceptional level of finishing, the watch is complemented by two straps, one in leather and the other in rubber, which can be quickly changed thanks to the easy-fit interchangeability system. Each additional strap comes with a white gold buckle. The watch is water-resistant to 50 metres / 165 feet.
Available exclusively in the boutiques of the brand, the Vacheron Constantin Overseas Ultra-thin Calibre 1120 (ref. 2000V/120G-B122) meets the demanding Hallmark of Geneva requirements. The price is around Euro 59,900 / US$ 55,900. vacheron-constantin.com
