Easily recognizable for its Geneva stripes on the dial, the new Multifort Power Reserve by Mido comes in a 42 mm stainless steel case with anthracite PVD treatment that creates a strong contrast with the green Super-LumiNova coating used for the indices, the hours and minutes hands and the power reserve indicator.
For the first time in a Multifort model, the Swiss brand displays on the dial - at 9 o'clock - the remarkable autonomy of 80 hours guaranteed by the Caliber 80.
An aperture indicates the date at 3 o’clock, one of the most appreciated functions in a daily wearer.
The domed sapphire crystal offers a perfectly clean view of the dial thanks to an anti-reflective treatment applied on both sides of the glass.
The Calibre 80 (ETA C07.671 base) automatic movement beats at a frequency of 3 Hz (21,600 vibrations per hour) and features a silicone balance-spring. The transparent screwed case back reveals the inner workings of the caliber and its oscillating weight decorated with the Geneva stripes.
Completed by a bracelet in satin-finished PVD treated steel with polished central links and folding clasp, the new model features a screwed crown and can withstand pressures of up to 10 bar (100 metres / 330 feet).
Mido is also presenting two other Multifort Power Reserve variations, the first in stainless steel with black PVD treatment and black dial with red accents, the second in stainless steel with blue dial and red accents.
