Baume et Mercier is expanding its sporty Clifton Club collection with a new GMT model.
The Clifton Club GMT comes in a 42 mm x 10.6 mm stainless steel case alternating polished and satin-brushed finishes and equipped with a screw-down crown contributing to ensure a water-resistance of 100 metres / 330 feet. The screw-down solid case back is decorated with the Clifton Club coat of arms.
Protected by an antiglare scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, the opaline black dial offers excellent readability thanks to large hands and hour markers, generously coated with white Super-LumiNova.
The second time zone can be easily read thanks to the combined use of the central hand tipped with a triangular arrow and the deep azure blue aluminium bezel, graduated over 24 hours. This way, the wearer can see at a glance the local time and the reference time at home. The indications are completed by a useful date aperture at 3 o'clock.
The Clifton Club GMT is powered by a 4 Hz (28,800 vph) self-winding movement (base ETA 2893-2) with a power reserve of 42 hours.
The Baume et Mercier Clifton Club GMT can be matched to a black calfskin strap decorated with sailcloth-like patterns and a blue rubberised calfskin lining (ref. 10486 ) or to a polished/satin-finished three-row stainless steel bracelet (ref. 10487) with a price of Euro 2,100 or Euro 2,250 respectively. Both bracelets feature an adjustable triple folding buckle and two stainless steel side push-pieces. baume-et-mercier.com
