The grained anthracite dial is protected by an anti-reflective sapphire crystal which, together with the Super-LumiNova treatment used for the hands and the applied indices, can guarantee optimal readability in most conditions. An aperture at 3 o’clock indicates day of the week and date.
The sporty nature of the Ocean Star Captain Titanium is highlighted by orange accents on the dial, bezel and seconds hand.

Hi! I have not found any confirmation that this specific titanium Ocean Star model would have a COSC-certified movement. Are you sure that is correct? Have they changed the 80 caliber ref. since this titanium model was introduced 2-3 years ago already?
ReplyDeleteHi, it looks like you are right. Caliber 80 is also available with COSC certification but in this specific model it is the standard version. We have accordingly updated the article and removed the movement picture that we were provided with as it features the "chronometer" engraving on the rotor. Thanks!
