Corum - Golden Bridge Round

For more than 35 years, Corum's Golden Bridge has fascinated watch enthusiasts with its tonneau-shaped case, showcasing the intricate baguette movement from all angles. For the first time in its history, this emblematic piece is unveiled with a round case.

Integrating cutting edge micromechanics and monumental architecture, its baguette movement was modelled after Francisco's monumental Golden Gate Bridge and its distinctive lattice pattern.

With a diameter of 43 mm and a total thickness of 8.80 mm, the new Corum Golden Bridge Round is available in two models. The first is crafted in rose gold without diamonds, and the second in white gold set with 84 diamonds, totalling 2.14 carats.

The round case, waterproof to 30 metres / 100  feet, provides a 360 degree view of the timepiece through the transparent window of the sapphire crystal, showcasing the dial and movement, and from the sides flanked by a crystalline ring.

The hand-wound manufacture CO113 calibre is equipped with a balance with variable inertia and a barrel with slipping spring. Beating at a frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour) and offering a 40-hour power reserve, it provides hour and minute functions, indicated by faceted brass hands and applied hour markers.

Completed by a strap in black alligator leather with a gold buckle, the new Golden Bridge Round in rose gold without diamonds (ref. B113/03010) has a price of Euro 45,900 / US$ 48,000.
