Christopher Ward - C60 Trident Pro 600

Christopher Ward keeps improving the quality/price ratio of its timepieces as demonstrated by the- C9 5 Day Small Second Chronometer that we recently covered here.

The latest editions of the C60 Trident Pro 600, part of Christopher Ward's new Trident Vintage Edition collection, are other examples of interesting three-handed watches with quality details that you do not often find in this price range.

The 316L stainless steel case features a PVD black finish alternating brushed and polished surfaces and is available in two sizes: 38 mm and 42 mm.

The unidirectional bezel is made from scratch-resistant black ceramic. The watch has a screw-in crown and offers water resistance to 600 metres. The screw-down back case is decorated with a deep stamp of the trident symbol.

The black dial with date aperture at 3 o'clock is characterised by the hands and indices treated with vintage-looking "old radium" Super-LumiNova.

Inside, the anti-shock self-winding movement (Sellita SW200-1 or ETA 2824) beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour with a power reserve of 38 hour.

The C60 Trident Pro 600 is available also in stainless steel without PVD finish for a more classic look.

Both models can be matched to a vintage leather strap or to a stainless steel bracelet with diver's extension.

Retail prices of the Christopher Ward C60 Trident Pro 600 start at Euro 810 / US$ 825 for the stainless steel version or Euro 880 / US$ 895 for the black model.
