The new JeanRichard Aquascope Ref. 60400-11D401-11A - with its robust cushion-style case, reinforced sapphire crystal and screw-down back and crown - ensures water resistance to 300 metres. The Aquascope case is reinforced by two lateral bars affixed with titanium screws. Manufacturing it requires about 70 different processes, from stamping of the pieces, to the final assembly.
The case surfaces are mainly satin-brushed except for the bevelled edges which are polished. The circular satin polish of the bezel creates a nice contrast with the vertical satin brushing on the dial. The colour of the dial - dark blue or black - is reflected on the surface of the middle case.
The 46 mm case of the JeanRichard Aquascope houses an automatically wound movement with 38 hours of power reserve.
The watch is available with a stainless steel bracelet with a butterfly clasp or a streaked rubber strap signed JR with folding clasp.
