In 2017 Jerome Lambert, the current CEO of Montblanc and former CEO of Jaeger-LeCoultre, will join the Board of Compagnie Financière Richemont SA, the owner of Montblanc and several other prestigious brands in the luxury industry including Cartier, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai, Piaget, Vacheron Constantin, and Van Cleef & Arpels.
Lambert will serve the Richemont Group as Head of Operations and will be responsible for central and regional services and all Maisons other than jewellery and watchmaking at Richemont.
To take the CEO's responsibilities at Montblanc in place of Lambert, effective on April 1st 2017, will be Nicolas Baretzki.
Graduated at HEC (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales) in Paris, Baretzki started his career at Cartier where he worked in various Marketing and General management functions for 8 years, then moving to Jaeger-LeCoultre in 2002 as International Sales Director for 12 years. He joined Montblanc in 2013 as Executive Vice President Sales.
