Officine Panerai - Radiomir 3 Days GMT Oro Rosso

The new Officine Panerai Radiomir 3 Days GMT Oro Rosso 47mm combines the deep blue of the dial and the alligator strap with a warm-toned case made of 5Npt red gold, an alloy which has a high proportion of copper with a percentage of platinum to increase resistance to oxidation.

The case has the cushion shape characteristic of the first watch created by Officine Panerai for the commandos of the Royal Italian Navy in 1936 and it has the historic diameter of 47 mm.

The blue dial is enhanced by a satin soleil finish and features the typical sandwich structure. The classic seconds counter is positioned at 9 o’clock with the date window at 3 o’clock.

The P.3001/10 calibre, entirely developed and made by the Officine Panerai manufacture in Neuchâtel, fully deserves a transparent case back.

This hand-wound calibre with GMT function and a three-day power reserve indicator in the back, is beautifully finished with skeletonised bridges and spring barrels, chamfered and polished edges, perlage of the plate, and gilded engraving.

The new Radiomir 3 Days GMT Oro Rosso 47mm (PAM00598) is a Special Edition created in 200 units and it has been tested for water-resistance to 5 bar (a depth of about 50 metros).
