Parmigiani Fleurier - Métrographe

The Métrographe is an important pillar in the production of Pamigiani Fleurier as it combines watchmaking excellence with a dynamic design targeted to watch enthusiasts looking for a high-quality sport chic timepiece.

It is therefore normal that in revamping this model, Parmigiani Fleurier paid great attention to respect its identity while refreshing its look.

Proposed in silver white with blue hands or oxidised black with a powdered rose gold decal, the dial still features the dominant presence of the hour and minute chronographcounters, but their proportions have been recalculated to allow the time to be read even more effectively.

The outer area of the figure of 8 is now formed by a slightly raised section of material, rather than a flat luminescent coating. The indexes have been reworked reducing their size to give space to the new tachometer scale which emphasises the sporty side of the timepiece. Another subtle yet effective new touch is the red number "1" on the date.

Decorated with Côtes de Genève, the self-winding PF315 movement beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour and offers a power reserve of 42 hours. The double barrel enables a more stable, linear distribution of power than a single barrel in the calibre.

The variable-inertia balance makes it possible to adjust the moment of inertia by rotating the inertia blocks rather than adjusting the active length of the balance-spring as required with a standard adjustment. It also makes the watch shock-resistant and delivers outstanding isochronism.

The new Parmigiani Fleurier Métrographe is available with a choice of lightweight leather straps or a sportier steel bracelet. parmigiani.ch
