Hautlence - Tourbillon 01

Hautlence expands its Atelier collection with the first tourbillon watch produced by the brand.

The new Tourbillon 01 is the result of the synergies with H. Moser & Cie. who delivered the Calibre Tourbillon HMC 802. Both Hautlence and H. Moser & Cie. are owned by the Meylan family company, MELB Holding.

Compared to the avant-garde design of most Hautlence creations, the new watch is more traditional but still distinctive.

The round 44 mm two-tone case is crafted out of rose gold and black PVD-coated titanium and frames a multi-level dial with a black enamelled base enriched by Côtes de Genève decoration. The rose gold numerals and hour markers lay on an intermediate sapphire crystal level which gives depth to the dial.

The Tourbillon 01 also indicates a second time zone through a smaller rose gold hour hand which can be hidden from view when it is not required via the crown.

The large one-minute tourbillon - visible behind the polished, open-worked bridge - plays the role of the protagonist at 6 o’ clock.

Manufactured in-house and decorated by hand by H. Moser & Cie., the self-winding Calibre HMC 802 beats at 21,600 vibrations per hour and offers a three-day power reserve.

The Tourbillon  module is assembled and regulated independently of the movement, with a simple "plug-and-play system" which facilitates servicing.

The Hautlence Tourbillon 01 has a price of Swiss Francs 88,000.
