MeisterSinger - Circularis

MeisterSinger presents the Circularis, the first watch in a new family of models housing a new manual wind mechanical movement which MeisterSinger developed in collaboration with its Swiss partners to be the basis for additional features and models.

For the first time the founder of MeisterSinger, Manfred Brassler, not only designed the dial and the case of the watch, but also the appearance of the new MSH01 calibre, with the unusual design of its bridge.

The circular polishing of the rhodium-plated bridge, the mirror-polished bevels, the blued screws, and the engraving in gold clearly state the ambition of creating a highly refined timepiece. A dial train with spring wheel enables the hour hand to rotate with extreme precision, with almost any backlash. The movement, visible through the sapphire crystal case back, beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour and offers a long power reserve of over 5 days thanks to the twin in-series mainspring barrels.

The typical MeisterSinger dial with a single hand is characterised by a circular recess in the centre which creates nice light and shadows effects, further emphasised by the sunburst pattern on the sapphire-blue and silver-white dial variations.

The stainless steel case of the Circularis is 43 millimetres in diameter and it is fitted with a newly designed extra-large crown for easier winding. It will be available from October with a selection of three different dials (ivory, sunburst silver-white, or sunburst sapphire-blue) on an alligator leather wristband with double-folding clasp. The retail price of the MeisterSinger is Euro 3,998 / US$ 5,695.
