The Sirius Retrograde Day, a Baselworld 2014 novelty from Chronoswiss, combines the classic Sirius case with a metal dial offering the additional features of a big date and a retrograde day of the week.
The 40 mm case in polished red gold with a partly fluted caseband houses an automatic Chronoswiss movement, the calibre C.286 beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour and offering a power reserve of 42 hours. The skeletonized rotor is decorated with Côtes de Genève. The case is water resistant to 30 metres.
A Louisiana crocodile leather strap with pin buckle completes the timepiece.
