Tudor - Heritage Black Bay "Midnight Blue Bezel" Ref. 79220B

The Tudor Heritage Black Bay was first presented in 2012 in a warm vintage-looking version with a black chocolate dial, pink-gold hands and hour markers, and burgundy bezel. This year, at BaselWorld 2014, Tudor presented a new version of the Heritage Black Bay - with reference number 79220B - characterised by a deep-black dial, silvery hour markers and a midnight blue bezel which matches the colour of the crown tube.
The Tudor Heritage Black Bay derives its lines and its domed crystal from the brand’s first divers’ watch, the Tudor Submariner reference 7922, launched in 1954 while the signature angular hands, known by connoisseurs as “Snowflakes”, were seen from 1969 to the early 1980s.
The robust 41 mm steel case, with polish and satin finish, houses the self-winding mechanical movement, Tudor calibre 2824, offering a power reserve of approximately 38 hours.
The winding crown in steel, engraved with the Tudor rose,  is screwed down to guarantee waterproofness to 200 m (660 ft).
The Tudor Heritage Black Bay can be matched to an aged leather strap or to a steel bracelet, both with folding clasp and safety catch.
An additional fabric strap with buckle is also supplied with the watch.
