Porsche Design - P‘6752 WorldTraveler

New from Porsche Design, the P‘6752 WorldTraveler (ref. 6752.10.44.1300) shows the time in two different time zones in parallel.
The P‘6752 WorldTraveler offers the opportunity to select the time at your hometown from the 24 standard time zones which are also engraved on the rear of the watch. A hand with a red triangle indicates the second time zone on an inner scale divided into 24 hours. The current time is shown on the outer 12-hour ring of the watch face. The date is displayed in a window located at three o’clock. The Arabic numerals and the skeletal hands are filled with white luminous material.
For the first time, the calibre 3945A movement developed and built in the Eterna factory is used inside the Porsche Design P’6752 WorldTraveler. This traditional Swiss company is the licence partner of Porsche Design for the timepieces, and started the development of the new movement more than five years ago. The new movement has a 68-hour power reserve and beats at 28,800 half-oscillations an hour.
The shot-blasted titanium case with screw-down crown has non-reflective and scratchproof sapphire glass. The 42 mm case of the WorldTraveler is waterproof up to a depth of 50 metres.

The P’6752 WorldTraveler comes with a black rubber strap with titanium folding clasp. The market launch  is planned for the early 2014.
